With customer export, you can easily optimize your marketing efforts by exporting your customers’ information that is captured during every sale. You can then import it into a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and more. Here’s how it works:
Customer Export in Omni
Once you are ready to send this information to your marketing CRM, navigate to the customer list in Omni, select Export and your information will export into a .csv file.
Next, navigate to your CRM and import the customer information. You now have a full profile of customers ready to receive information from you regarding promotions, sales, and more.
To get the most out of this feature, enter as much information as possible when processing your payments in the Omni Virtual Terminal. You can save the customer’s first and last name, their email address and any additional information that you would like to have on file, such as address or company name. Then, when you import customer data into another platform, you’ll have all of these details readily available.
