Fresh New Support Center and Contactless Enhancements!
This month, we’re focused on streamlining the support process for you in Omni, while continuing to enhance the functionality of Contactless payments.

Fresh New Support Center
Find answers to your questions, right from your Omni Support Center!
Supporting our customers with the Best Damn Experience has always been a top priority. We’ve now made the process for getting support even better with our shiny new Support Center!
With the Omni Support Center, you can get answers to your questions in the way you want, with the following options:
- Live chat: Chat with our support team from your desktop computer.
- Onboarding Guides: Let us guide you through Omni and show you how to find what you’re looking for with step-by-step Omni Onboarding Guides.
- Help Articles: Find the answers you need with easy access to hundreds of articles and videos on our Support Site, without leaving Omni.
No matter what type of support you need, you can find it in Omni!
The following updates are available on the Contactless by Omni plan. If you are interested in enabling Contactless payments such as Text2Pay, click here.
Unread text messages are now listed at the top of your Message Center.
Last month, we released an update that will bold unread messages in your Message Center to make them easier to identify.
Now, we’ve taken it a step further and are placing unread messages at the very top of your Messages list, in addition to being marked in bold. Say goodbye to missing important messages from your customers!
Add sales tax to your Omnicart transactions.
Automatically apply sales tax to your online shopping cart transactions, by setting a default sales tax percentage in your Omni Settings.
Now, when your customers are checking out via your online store, sales tax will automatically be added for catalog items that are marked as taxable!
Calling all users of the Omni Mobile App! 📣
Want to get access to new features in the next generation of Omni Mobile, before everyone else?? If so, our Product Team is looking for customers interested in beta testing the next version of Omni Mobile.
What’s included in the next version of Omni Mobile
- Cards are securely stored for future transactions after they are swiped one time.
- Mobile transactions can be refunded from your desktop computer.
- Users logging in with a Google account (Gmail), can now use SSO (single sign-on) when logging into Omni.
The only thing we need from you is for you to start using the new version. That’s it!
