Job Description
As a Payment Consultant, your role is to qualify and sell the leads that are assigned to you. You will be contacting both cold and warm leads through inside sales cadences. With a focus on pipeline development, you should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for clients and increase customer acquisition. You will be measured on the conversion of lead to SQL activity, opportunities created, and number of deals won/revenue.

● Achieve a minimum of 30% conversion rate from leads to SQLs

Job Description:
As Director of Sales Engineering, you will be accountable for (a) enabling our Business Development and Sales teams to effectively identify and close prospective partners and customers whose needs are a good fit with capabilities and solutions we have to offer, (b) collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, (c) providing technical and product support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through contract execution, and (d) acting as liaison and “translator” between the selling organization and the technical/product organization

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
• Identify technical and product needs of prospective customer and partners
• Accurately represent Fattmerchant’s current product capabilities and future roadmap/ planned enhancements
• Take the lead in providing customer demonstrations, answering technical/product questions, following up as needed, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in fast-paced financial technology or software business, with 2+ years experience required in sales engineering, technical sales, or similar sales enablement role
• Experience in payments industry preferred but not required
• Proven track record of effectively working with diverse and aggressive sales organization (inside, field, and partnership model)
• Working knowledge of product development, general programming, and technical understanding
• Experience working with Senior management to align strategies and solutions
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

Job Description
The PPC / Paid Search Analyst is responsible for administering and helping to manage Pay Per Click media strategies for clients. The PPC Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns

Key Responsibilities & Objectives
● Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
● Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
● Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
● Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
● Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
● Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
