Payment Consultant (Sales Executive) - 2

Expected start date: Immediate
Description:
As a Sales Executive, your role is to achieve revenue growth by closing new accounts through inbound sales and event presence, by establishing relationships with fitting prospects and recommending solutions. You should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for clients and increase customer acquisition. Inbound sales leads are distributed to you as a sales executive, and through proper follow up, education and nurturing, your role is to convert these qualified lead into business. Values-based selling is a must. You will be measured not only on number of customers acquired and revenue, but also on your conversion rate on leads.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

  • Follows sales process to nurture new leads, close accounts, and generate revenue
  • Maintain relationship with customers for continued revenue opportunities including referrals, upsells, more locations, etc.
  • Conversion rate minimum of ‘30%’ on inbound leads
  • Regularly research top competitors and industry news
  • Offer insights on new customer trends
  • Open communications with the marketing team to help promote campaigns
  • Manage communication tools i.e. Snap Engage
  • Be a brand ambassador in the community through event presence - including, but not limited to, chamber events, O-Tech, Meetups, associations, others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inbound sales experience and proven success in generating revenue

As a Business Development Representative, your role is to achieve revenue growth by supporting Business Development Director and identifying potential new partnership opportunities to increase the company's revenue. Establishing and maintaining relationships with fitting partners and recommending solutions.

You should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for partners and increase partnership acquisition. Through proper follow up, education and nurturing, your role is to motivate partners increase the number of qualified leads submitted that turn into business. Values-based selling is a must. You will be measured not only on number of new partnerships acquired and revenue, but also on your conversion rate on leads.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

  • Identifies new partnership opportunities, initiates communication with decision makers.
  • Plans for and attends trade shows, conferences & association meetings to establish new partner relationships.
  • Educates business Partners/Agents/Associations on company products and services.
  • Develops, grows and maintains effective relationships with Partners/ Agents/ Associations.
  • Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate needs to promote the company’s products and/or services.
  • Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships with partners/ agents & Associations.
  • Be a brand ambassador in the community through event presence - including, but not limited to, chamber events, O-Tech, Meetups, associations, others.

Data Analytics Intern

Description:
As Data Analytics Intern, you’ll acquire, clean, and structure data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and internal databases, and analyze data to discover and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships. You’ll help us monitor search marketing performance and identify opportunities. Working across departments, you’ll help us ensure data quality and present data in a way that makes it easy to communicate among different groups. You’ll also help the team with ad hoc data requests – and you’ll learn something new every day and gain on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
– Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited institution
– Highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail
– Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, interruptive environment
– Assist in Reporting/Analytics/Trend analysis i.e. tickets, service, VT use
– Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively toward a common goal
– Identify ways we can improve internal processes
– Help make the Fattmerchant brand awesome

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords
– Proficient in Excel, data mining and scenario analysis
– An understanding of the Fattmerchant business model and brand
– Bilingual Spanish and English
