As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to qualify leads and distribute to the sales team. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing plans, promotions and service features. You will be contacting both cold and warm leads through inside sales cadences. With a focus on pipeline development, you should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for clients and increase member acquisition. You are responsible for developing new business opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met satisfactorily, and ensuring that the company’s presence in their assigned area is meeting the company’s standards and expectations.

You should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for partners and increase partnership acquisition. Through proper follow up, education and nurturing, your role is to motivate partners increase the number of qualified leads submitted that turn into business. Values-based selling is a must. You will be measured not only on number of new partnerships acquired and revenue, but also on your conversion rate on leads.

Fattmerchant is seeking a talented System Administrator. As we grow our team we will have more need for someone to oversee our internal and external software systems, servers, toolings, scripts, support channels and development operations. This role will change over time and eventually move away from support requests. This role will be part of the Fattmerchant technology team “Fattlabs”.

The Systems Administrator is a hands-on technical role focused on the administering and supporting systems spanning for our cloud-based hosting environment. The Systems Administrator takes ownership of support requests reported by our end users, client support team, and other business teams to resolve, escalate, or identify further action required to provide resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of technologies, operating systems, networking concepts and a desire to continuously improve upon that knowledge.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
● Develop and manage architecture for daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems, completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
● Design system and application architectures to improve performance and scalability.
● Prioritize, and resolve all support requests in an organized fashion.
● Administration and monitoring of cloud-based network systems.
● Develop automation scripts using Bash or Javascript.
● Assist with security tasks such as patch management in Windows, Mac and Linux environments.
